TAPA Mentor Match Program
About the Program
TAPA Mentor Match Registration is here
PURPOSE
The mission of the Tennessee Chapter's Mentor Match is to bridge the gap between planning students, entry-level planners and established planning professionals by providing connection opportunities. The program seeks to expand the professional network of planners within Tennessee and increase TAPA membership and participation.
OVERVIEW
Mentor and mentee pairs will be matched based on interests and location. Matches will meet for a mandatory one-time meeting scheduled during the Spring conference. Some of the pairs may choose to continue the relationship beyond the conference and its ultimately up to the mentor and mentee to determine any future meetings or communication. To get the most out of the program, however, monthly communication is recommended.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Current TAPA Member OR currently enrolled student at a planning-related field in Tennessee
