Gatlinburg, Tennessee March 4th through 6th

Whoa, is it already time for the TAPA Spring Retreat? You better believe it is! This year's theme is Tourists, Tourneys, and Traffic, three extremely relevant topics for Gatlinburg. The Retreat will be held at the Downtown Gatlinburg Courtyard by Marriott just steps from the attractions of the parkway and at the foot of the historic Roaring Fork Motor Trail. The Retreat will run from Wednesday, March 4th through midday on Friday, March 6th. Tickets are $125 for TAPA members and hotel rooms run from $99 to $129. But hurry! Hotel rates have been extended, but are still only good until February 19th.

If you've never been to Gatlinburg, you're in for a treat! Surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (America's most visited National Park), the town has numerous local retail shops, restaurants, museums, and destinations within walking distance of the hotel. But Gatlinburg is so much than just a fun small Tennessee town. Within a scant few miles are dozens of scenic hikes, the tallest cliff face east of the Mississippi, and several beautiful drives.
